Overview

Archie Rosenberg is the legendary Mage Of Time, longtime headmaster of Arcaneum and the strongest mage in established history.

His natural Expression, Spatium, gives him overwhelming control over space. A unique relationship with the Ley Lines also grants access to Tempus, a temporal authority ordinarily beyond other mages. His golden hourglass earring, the Dilator, helps convert enormous spatial power into exact control.

Archie outwardly resembles a playful teenage boy despite more than a century of history. The contrast is deliberate: new students can mistake him for an eccentric peer until the person reshaping the battlefield begins issuing headmasterly instructions.

Personality

Archie is playful, proud, perceptive and outwardly carefree. He is comfortable being the strongest person in the room and often treats impossible-looking crises as interesting interruptions.

He is also compassionate and unusually attentive to people whom magical institutions overlook. His methods can be cryptic, however, and his confidence sometimes leads him to believe that enough power, time and indirect planning will eventually produce a solution.

Archie relies on intuition when judging potential. His confidence in Lilia Eberhardt is a fallible personal belief, not prophecy or a deliberate plan for her exile.

Appearance

Archie has long blue hair and bright blue eyes. His eyes glow gold-yellow when his temporal visual language is active.

He wears blue-and-white robes with gold details. Spatial magic manifests in baby blue, while temporal power appears in gold or yellow. His exact height, build and the cause of his arrested appearance remain TBC.
