Overview
Asta is the artificial spirit sealed in the Spirit Bangle at the centre of Ken Kaedehara’s admission to Arcaneum. Her instability produces the Lingering Curse afflicting him, while her enormous potential makes separation far more complicated than removing an ordinary curse.
The name “Astaroth” belongs to the feared project and legend surrounding her; “Asta” reflects the person she chooses to become.
Personality
Initially traumatised, reactive and desperate for love. Once treated as a person, she is capable of loyalty, vulnerability and partnership, but her fear of abandonment remains central to her behaviour.
Magic And Skills
Asta can channel power through the Astablade. Her spirit bond is responsible for both Ken’s dangerous symptoms and the possibility of an unconventional magical future.
