Overview
Event Horizon is Archie’s Signature Technique: an expanded sphere in which he controls the spatial and temporal conditions of the battlefield.
Operation
Within the field Archie can regulate movement, distance, position and temporal progression. The scale makes Life Dilation extremely expensive.
