Overview
Metamorphosis is the formal term for a mabeast’s developmental change between stages. Characters may casually call it evolution, but the E-stage notation is the canonical classification.
Stage Model
Known lines can progress through E1, E2 and E3 forms. Each stage may change body plan, intelligence, speech and magical resistance rather than merely increasing size.
