Curse: Rot allows the Tower to decompose anything touched. Its simplicity makes contact immediately dangerous and turns environmental structures into liabilities.
Operation
Rot destabilises the Wurzelheim Domain and gives Tower an advantage over Lilia in close combat. Tower attempts to apply it slowly to Tony as a hostage execution.
Contact instead reaches the presence of Blight, whose resistance to cursed magic and control over the vessel let him destroy Tower. This does not establish universal immunity for every possessing soul.
History And Development
Used by Tower until the Harbinger’s death in 2025.
Role And Significance
Rot makes physical contact a countdown and gives the first WOC instalment a threat that cannot be solved by ordinary durability.
