Strength is a male Harbinger whose cursed ability centres on burden, inertia and pressure. The more Mana Waste a target produces during a fight, the heavier and more vulnerable that target becomes.
He begins indirectly hostile and participates in Operation Zero, but his preserved character trajectory leads toward friendship with the protagonists rather than permanent loyalty to Black.
Plot
Strength sits among the active Harbinger roundtable and participates in the Operation Zero era. He is not defined as one of the committed architects of Black’s return in the same way as End or Devil.
His intended alignment moves from indirect hostility toward genuine friendship with the protagonists. The exact scenes and point of change remain unwritten or TBC, so the wiki records the trajectory without inventing a redemption sequence.

Thematic Function
Strength turns magical excess into literal weight. Thematically, he forces powerful characters to stop escalating and survive without generating the waste their own habits produce. His future friendship also gives the Harbingers room for moral difference.

Strength’s ability has three established layers:
- Inertia: a designated target’s weight grows exponentially according to the Mana Waste they have generated in the fight.
- The Crushing Sky: manifests physical pressure from above; the target must spend pure mana merely to keep functioning.
- Atmospheric Implosion: if the target’s Gate destabilises, surrounding mana condenses toward the target’s heart.
The power creates a dilemma: casting increases burden, while stopping leaves the target exposed to pressure.
