The Witch Of Chronicles: Death Of Time moves the cast into Arcaneum under Archie’s protection. Tony faces judgement for acts committed through his body, while Lilia teaches and investigates the institution from which she was once excluded.
A historical strand follows Archie and Black’s final year as best friends without revealing how either timeline resolves.
Story Structure
Arcaneum
Archie defends Tony legally and secures supervised freedom while the school researches the supposedly impossible separation of Tony and Blight. Lilia becomes a faculty assistant and continues White’s development, which culminates in his E3 metamorphosis during Operation Zero. Mila befriends Tony and later confesses feelings he does not return.
Secrets Of Rosenberg
The historical arc follows Archie, Black, Lisa and Asta in 1892. Lisa’s murder, Asta’s resealing and Archie’s precision breakthrough explain both Black’s ideology and the tools Operation Zero must remove.
Operation Zero
Harbingers and Deathstalkers seize the school. Blight’s release divides the defenders. During the fight, White completes E3 and becomes the Light Dragon. Black uses Mark’s corpse, the Dilator is destroyed, End accelerates Archie’s lifespan cost and attackers remove his sight. Black uses their binding pact and student hostages to coerce Archie’s suicide.
Black copies spatial soul information after the death, but not Archie’s identity or Tempus contract. The book ends with the power structure of mage society broken and the Third War beginning.

Role And Significance
WOC2 removes the adult solution to the series while showing that Archie’s defeat was built from his history, tools and virtues rather than a last-minute stronger enemy.
