The Wurzelheim Thunderstorm is the forbidden magical incident for which Lilia accepts responsibility and is exiled from her home. Mai is also connected to what happened.

Known Consequences
The exact division of technical responsibility between Lilia and Mai remains TBC. What is confirmed is that both are connected and Lilia accepts blame.
Archie allows the consequence rather than preventing it. His judgement is based on intuition about Lilia’s resilience and potential, not foresight that deliberately engineers her future. Lilia later interprets the exile as abandonment and carries the wound into her title, rivalry and reluctance to return home.
