Curse: Thread links two targets so resources and consequences can no longer remain separate.
Effects
Once linked, the targets’ mana pools function as shared resources. A spell cast by one drains the other.
Sympathetic Resonance mirrors physical and soul-based damage one hundred percent between the pair.
The Heartbreak activates when one target dies, injecting that person’s Mana Waste into the survivor’s Gate and producing a Purification-and-Corrosion explosion from within.
History And Development
Used by the paired Harbingers holding the Lovers title.
Role And Significance
Thread turns intimacy into the loss of boundaries and makes one person’s death continue as bodily violence inside another.
