Overview
Curse: Finality allows the End to declare that an active process has reached its conclusion. It does not merely cancel an effect; it imposes the end of its duration or variable.
Three Levels
Cessation ends an active process; Erasure ends a chosen local variable; Epilogue places a full stop on Ley-Line activity in a limited radius.
