| Limitation | Not omniscience; Blight is an unreadable variable |
The All Seeing Eyes are Archie Rosenberg’s gold-yellow perceptual technique. They reveal branching possible outcomes and extend perception through the Ley Lines.
The name is deliberately grander than the actual limit: Archie sees possibilities, not guaranteed futures.
Capabilities And Limits
Archie reads branching probable actions and uses the Ley Lines as an additional sensory system. This supports his extreme reaction speed and precision.
The technique fails as omniscience in several important ways. Outcomes are possibilities rather than certainties; Blight is an unreadable variable; Archie does not foresee Day Zero. Attackers ultimately gouge out his eyes, removing both the sensory technique and Tempus’s line-of-sight requirement.
Archie’s belief in Lilia is intuition based on observed resilience and potential, not a hidden All Seeing Eyes prophecy.
History And Development
Developed by Archie during his tenure as Mage Of Time; exact first use TBC.
Role And Significance
The Eyes distinguish awareness from authorship. Archie can be exceptionally perceptive without making other characters’ choices part of a plan he already knows.
